General Timing Guideline:

Some general timing guidelines that will help create the best light to highlight the listing.

• For East-facing properties, mornings are the best time to schedule.

• For West-facing properties, afternoon to early evening are the perfect times to schedule.

• For North-facing properties, any time between 10AM and 2PM is ideal to schedule.

• For South-facing properties, you’ll want to schedule first in the morning or last in the day.

Twilight:

If booking a twilight add-on please keep in mind there are two twilights a day, one in the morning and one in the evening and depending on the orientation of the property one or the other might be a best choice.

• For East-facing properties, morning twilight is best.

• For West-facing properties are better in the evening

Turnaround time on all of our photo, aerial, and 3D services are next day delivery.

Turnaround on video services is 2 days.

Basic floor plan is included with every interior shoot, premium upgrades are available.
